When did man look for external culture approval to operate at our highest & best self?
When did we put our balls in a vice in order to get a smile from someone that means nothing to us?
When did we allow others to enforce unnatural beliefs in us? Beliefs like we shouldn’t express care for self? Beliefs like we cannot have feelings or engage in healthy habits because of pressure to “get hammered if you’re one of us”.
